RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At PCmart, we want you to love your groceries and daily essentials. Because we serve our local village community, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it fair and simple.

 

  1. Return Timeframe and Eligibility Criteria

We understand that grocery items require quick handling. Our return windows depend on the type of product:

Perishable Items (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy, Bread): Must be inspected at the time of delivery or reported within 2 hours of delivery.

Packaged & Non-Perishable Items (Rice, Flour, Lentils, Soaps, Packaged Snacks): Can be returned within 24 hours of delivery.

Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, packaged items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and have the original bill or invoice receipt.

2. Damaged or Defective Product HandlingCheck at Delivery: We highly recommend checking your groceries while our delivery partner is at your doorstep.Instant Returns: If you notice any damaged fruits, bruised vegetables, or leaked packets, you can hand them back to the delivery partner immediately. We will deduct that item's cost from your bill or issue a refund.Late Discovery: If you find a defect later, take a quick photo of the damaged item and email it to PCmart2026@gmail.com or call us within our eligible timeframe

3. Non-Returnable ItemsTo maintain strict hygiene and safety standards for our community, we cannot accept returns on:Packaged food items that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.Personal care items (like toothbrushes or soaps) if the outer protective hygiene seal is broken.Items damaged due to improper storage at your home (e.g., milk left out in the heat).

4. Exchange OptionsDirect Replacements: If you receive a wrong or defective item and prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will gladly exchange it.Quick Delivery: We will dispatch the correct or fresh item to your doorstep during our next delivery run to your village at no extra charge.

5. Return Shipping Costs and ProcessFree Reverse Pickup: You do not have to travel or pay to return an item. We will arrange a free return pick-up at your doorstep within 2 working days.Zero Cost: There are absolutely no return shipping fees or hidden restocking charges for our customers.

6. Refund Process and TimingVerification: Once our delivery partner picks up the item and verifies the return, your refund is approved.Speedy Refunds: For digital payments (UPI, Wallets, Cards), we will process your refund within 24 to 48 hours.Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: If you paid in cash, we can instantly hand the cash back during the return pickup, or credit it to your PCmart store wallet/UPI account within 24 to 48 hours, depending on your preference.
